Congratulations! Being on Express Elite Team means:

  • You will attend classes 3 days per week.

  • You will compete in 3 group routines at 4 competitions (3 local and 1 in St. George).

  • You will have 2-4 additional performance opportunities throughout the year.

  • You will attend Summer Intensive July 15-18.

  • You will learn choreography during Boot Camp August 5-10 & August 26-31.

  • You will attend at least four Summer Technique Monday classes (June 17, 24, July 8, 22, 29 August 12, 19).

  • You will attend one required convention- Adrenaline, February 14-15 in Provo.

  • You are invited to attend 1 optional add-on convention in September and 1 in Feb/March.

  • You will attend Winter Dance Challenge January 11 at the studio.

  • You will perform in the Company Showcase and Recital in May.

SUMMER INTENSIVE SCHEDULE: July 15-18

  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, July 15, 17, 18, 12-4pm @ Centerville (jazz, ballet, tumbling)

  • Tuesday, July 16, 2:15-5:15pm @ Centerville (jazz, ballet, tumbling)

TEAM FITTING: Tues, July 16

Dancers will be fitted for all first of year attire during summer intensive. One parent is required to attend and size for all dancewear orders.

BOOT CAMP SCHEDULE: August 5-10 & 26-September 1

Choreography will be taught during boot camp and it is imperative that we have good attendance. Teams will be working with our staff and guest teachers on learning routines for the season. 

FIRST OF YEAR MEETING: Monday, August 26, 6:30pm @ Ctvl

A parent of every dancer is required to attend this meeting. We will be reviewing company handbooks, calendars, and going over the year’s expectations/requirements for our company families. This is a mandatory company meeting that will ensure we are able to have a successful year together!

FALL SCHEDULE: Begins Tuesday, September, 3

  • Mondays, 5-8pm @ Bountiful studio

    • Classes: jazz, ballet & lyrical choreography

    • Need to wear/bring: team leotard, pink tights, hair in bun, ballet & jazz shoes

  • Tuesdays, 4-6:30pm @ Bountiful studio

    • Classes: ballet, hip hop choreography, jazz

    • Need to wear/bring: team leotard, pink tights, hair in bun, ballet & jazz shoes, hip hop pants and shoes

  • Fridays, 2:30-6:30pm @ Bountiful studio

    • Classes: ballet, tap, jazz choreography, tumble

    • Need to wear/bring: freestyle leotard, pink tights, hair in a bun, ballet, jazz & tap shoes

  • Any extra rehearsals: team leotard, hair in a secure ponytail or bun, correct shoes for the routine

Summer Socials & Team Building:

Tuition and Company Payment Breakdown:

  • By July 1:

    • $30: Membership fee

    • $175: Summer Intensive (July 15-18)

    • $200: Team Fee deposit

    • First of Year Order

  • August 1:

    • $144: Summer Technique/Boot Camp (Aug 5-10 & 26-31)

    • $250: Company Dancer Kit for 2024-25 (team leo, team pants, team sweatshirt, team shirt, team bag)

    • $153.50: Monthly Team Fees (10 payments, due Aug-May)

  • September 1-Apr 1:

    • $295: Monthly Tuition (due Sept-May)

    • $153.50: Monthly Team Fees (10 payments, due Aug-May)

      • The Team Fee covers three costumes, competition fees for three routines at four competitions, Winter Dance Challenge, Company Critique, end of year showcase & recital, team fees. 

      • The Monthly Company Team Fees do not cover tuition, membership fee, summer intensive, Summer Boot Camp, team gear, team warmups, team bag, makeup, earrings, shoes and tights needed for competition.

  • May 1, 2025:

    • $295: Monthly Tuition (due Sept-May)

    • $153.50: Monthly Team Fees (10 payments, due Aug-May)

    • Any remaining balance from Contingency Deposit will be credited

Optional Add-On Conventions

  • EPIC Convention, Sept 20 & 21 in Layton: $260 due August 15, recommended additional convention for Performing Company

  • Revive, Feb 28-Mar 1 in Provo: $250 (ages 5-7), $340 (ages 8+) added to yearly team fee total, recommended additional convention for Elite Performing Company

Other: 

  • Shoes and Tights for Performances: not included in program fees – Due either October 1st or November 1st after choreography and costuming is set. This could include jazz shoes, character shoes, hip hop shoes ($60-$95), etc.

  • Team Pics & Headshots $50-75 in Jan/Feb

  • Action Shots (optional) $50-$80 in May

What do you need to do next?
