Dancers are expected to attend picture and dress rehearsal day. A photo download is included in your performance package so you don’t want to miss. You have the option to purchase individual photos as well as dad dance photos. Package options are below.

WHEN IS MY PICTURE TIME?

Check your event confirmation for picture day drop off and pick up time (listed in the notes next to your class time). This was emailed to you and is also viewable in your Parent Portal by clicking on “View My Performances” in the top left navigation. You can also view the class list on this webpage.

Can dads and dancers have their picture taken?  YES, when registering your dancer, you will add on the dad dance picture option.  Dad will get their picture taken with their child when their dancer is there with their class. Remember to bring the recital shirt and black bottoms for your dancer, or you can opt to have them wear their class costume. Dads wear their recital shirt, pants, and tennis shoes. 

WHEN DO WE PICK UP COSTUMES?

Costume drive-through pick up will be around the back of the Centerville studio. Mark your calendars now!

• Thursday, May 2 from 1-3pm

• Friday, May 3 from 4:30-6:30pm

WHAT DO WE DO NEED TO DO ON PICTURE DAY?

To keep dress rehearsal and picture day running smoothly and organized please follow our pick-up and drop-off plan:

• Park and check in your dancer at the front door of the studio.

• Be on time and ready to go. Dancers will exit their car with hair, makeup, dance shoes, & costume on.

• Dancers will meet their teacher and stay with them the entire time for rehearsal and pictures.

• Diaper Dancer parents will need to accompany their child for their picture and rehearsal time. The lobby is closed to all other parents.

• Parents drive to the back door at pick-up time. Do not drive to the back to wait until it’s time, or you’ll be asked to drive around to the front and wait in a parking stall.

• HOW CAN I GET TO THE BACK DOOR?

  • Drive around the East side of the building (Dicks Grocery side)

  • Use caution, it’s a one-way lane.

  • Wait in the loading line and teachers will quickly bring your dancer to your car, open the door and help them inside.

  • If you need to help your dancer buckle up, pull forward to the end of the building and then get out to help them.

  • After loading, stay on the right side of the road as you drive around the southwest side of the building.

• If dad is participating in a photo, please arrange for him to bring his dancer to picture day. He may park in a stall and enter the building with his dancer.
